How to install ImTranslator for Mozilla Firefox

To install ImTranslator for Mozilla Firefox, you must have Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista/7, Macintosh OS X or Linux and Mozilla Firefox version 1.5 or higher.

• Click the "Download Now for Firefox" button.
• A new window should open.* In this window, click "Install Now."
• After installation is complete, please close all browser windows and reopen them. ImTranslator adds its button to the Firefox toolbar and ImTranslator item to the Tools menu and context menu (right button click).

* If a new window didn't open when you clicked "Agree and Install," it's likely that the installation was blocked. At the top of your screen, you should see a yellow bar that says "To protect your computer, Firefox prevented this site from installing software on your computer." To install the Toolbar, you will need to allow downloads from our site. To do so, please follow the steps below:

• Click the "Edit Options..." button in the yellow bar.
• The Firefox "Allowed Sites" window will appear.
• The ImTranslator address should appear in the "Address of website" field, but if it doesn't, please enter "translation.paralink.com" and click "Allow."
• Click "OK"
• Click "Agree and Install" a second time to begin installation.

How to install ImTranslator for Internet Explorer

To install ImTranslator for Internet Explorer, you must have Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/2003/Vista/7 or Linux and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and above.

• Click the "Download Now for IE" button.
• When you receive the file download screen, choose "Open."
• Start the ImTranslator installation. The Installation wizard will guide you through the installation process.
• After installation, ImTranslator appears in the program group Smart Link and creates a shortcut on the desktop, adds its button to the Internet Explorer toolbar and ImTranslator item to the Tools menu and context menu (right button click).
